On 16 September, Professor Paula Wojcikiewicz Almeida took part in the reception for the Minister of Research and Higher Education of Norway, Mr. Oddmund Hoel, accompanied by the Consul General of Norway in Rio de Janeiro, Ms. Mette Tangen, in the framework of the G20 meeting in Manaus.

The reception included participants of the event ‘Brazil and Norway: Strengthening partnerships for global sustainable development’ and was held at Casa G20.

The event brought together researchers and directors of universities and research and higher education institutions from both Norway and Brazil and was also attended by Torkjell Leira (Innovation Norway), among other representatives from Innovation Norway.

FGV representatives included Professor Paula Wojcikiewicz Almeida, Sarah Motta (FGV-EBAPE) and Sarah Rosa (FGV-EBAPE).
